If you need a receipt for an application fee or invoices showing charges for a subscription on Sonicbids, please email our support staff by sending us an email to Support@Sonicbids.com and we'll get back in touch with you as soon as possible.
By subscribing to Sonicbids.com you've agreed to our Terms of Service and that charges will be automatically deducted each billing cycle and you will be held responsible to cancel your subscription before your upcoming renewal date.
We understand that from time-to-time certain billing errors may occur, for example, when an account is double charged. In these instances, Sonicbids will refund you back.
To steer clear from any billing charges, we recommended checking your Account page, where your renewal date will be displayed with the option to cancel.
