If you need a receipt for an application fee or invoices showing charges for a subscription on Sonicbids, please email our support staff by writing over to Support@Sonicbids.com and we'll get back in touch with you as soon as possible.
By subscribing to Sonicbids.com you've agreed to our Terms of Service and that charges will be automatically renewed each billing cycle and it will be the email associated to your subscription's responsibility to cancel before the upcoming renewal date.
To steer clear from any billing charges, we recommended to locate the date you are due from your Account page, where option to cancel will be available should you wish to cancel before your upcoming renewal date.
We understand that from time-to-time certain billing errors may occur, for example, when an account is double charged. In these instances, Sonicbids will refund you back.
